Biography
Dr. Leslie Jackson is a highly experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with nearly two decades of clinical and academic experience. She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Villanova University and a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Nurse Anesthesia from Georgetown University.
Dr. Jackson has extensive expertise in pediatric, trauma, and obstetric anesthesia, having served in various clinical roles, including as Lead CRNA at Nemours Hospital for Children, Trauma CRNA at the University of Maryland Medical Center, and Associate Program Director at the University of Pennsylvania Nurse Anesthesia Program. Throughout her career, she has been instrumental in developing clinical protocols, mentoring student nurse anesthetists, and contributing to anesthesia education.
Her scholarly contributions include presentations at national and international conferences, including the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA) Congress and the Society for Pediatric Anesthesia. She has also published in peer-reviewed textbooks on pediatric anesthesia.
